Frequently Asked Questions
All orders are packaged securely and shipped through USPS. Tracking information will be provided once the item(s) ship. Item(s) that can ship via First Class Mail (ie. individual vinyl stickers) will not have tracking information, but there will still be a notification sent when they ship.
All glasses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Day Shipping).
All products are made to order. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any next day shipping. We try to have every product made and shipped within 3-5 business days of each purchase, sometimes sooner if possible. If we are unable to meet this timeline, due to an abundance of orders or by whatever happenings, we will notify you and supply an updated ship date.
If you require your product by a certain date, or sooner than what we offer, please contact us before placing an order. We are not responsible for meeting any shipping requirements that exceed what we advertise.
All orders will be shipped as they are to the address supplied by the buyer. If you supply us with an incorrect address or order, you are responsible for notifying us before we ship your order*. If you do not notify us about an address or item change before the order is shipped, we will not send out a second order, you must place a separate order. We may issue a refund for items if they are returned intact. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
If the shipping address in your shipment confirmation is not the one you supplied on your order, contact us immediately.
All addresses are verified, and packages shipped and tracked** via USPS.
*Orders generally ship 1-5 business days after purchase. We encourage you to notify us within the first 24 hours of your purchase to better guarantee any corrections or changes.
**Individual stickers, or anything under 1lb, will not be able to receive tracking information.
Contact us via email with your order information---This includes name and order #. We will also need photos of the damage. Photograph the box/container the order arrived in, plus all of the contents within the container. We use these photos to determine whether the damage was caused by poor packaging or mishandling from the shipping company.*
Once we receive your information, we will send you a replacement or refund for the damaged item(s).
Damages must be reported within 7 days upon receiving your order.
*If we feel the package was mishandled by the shipper, a claim may be filed. The shipper may contact you to verify the claim/damage.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Unless your order is damaged or incorrect, we will not accept returns. We may consider exchanges on a case by case basis. Absolutely no returns on custom orders.
